RETURNS

We can provide a refund within 14 days of the sale if the item is in original, boxed, unopened and as-new condition, or if the item is faulty.

We can exchange goods or provide a gift voucher for goods returned up to 28 days after the sale – again these must be in original, boxed, unopened and as-new condition.

For sending a return, postage is payable by the buyer, and should be sent to our business address. We will process returns or refunds within 48 hours of the item being received.
